Hey, These Are Pretty Good...Sep 30, 2008 Being a vegetarian I was looking for another source of omega 3's other than flax seeds. Wasn't sure how they would taste but I decided to give them a try. The flavor ( to me anyway ) is very nice, a bit like sunflower seeds. I find myself sprinkling them on everything. Salads, grains, stir some in the hummus, whatever. This product was very fresh, a big plus with me. My only objection is the price. Rather expensive, but I would probably order them again because of the health benefits. They are tiny and you use them by the tablespoon so 12 oz goes a good ways.
